His practice makes use of software-hardware-wetware hybrids to find innovative ways for traditional computing systems to interact with biological entities. Utilizing sensor arrays and artificial intelligence algorithms, Nahuel’s work highlights the growing convergence of natural and computing sciences. This approach, which he terms ‘computing bio art’, blurs the lines between living and non-living information processing systems and yields two kinds of outputs:
